Let’s discuss about a few characters of this novel. First one, the main
round character Jay Gatsby. He is the protagonist of the story. He loves
Daisy and willing to do everything to get his love back although he has
to be A liar. The second one character is Daisy. A flat character. She is
beautiful, mesmerizing a selfish women. She left Gatsby just because
wealth. Nick Carraway The story’s narrator. He is a best friend of Jay.
He helps jay to meet with daisy. Even he Attends Gatsby funeral. Tom
Buchanan, he is Daisy’s husband, an arrogant and violent man. Myrtle
Wilson: a materialistic woman. She have an affair with Tom, she thinks
her status will change if she gets married with Tom.

Gatsby concerns Jay Gatsby’s struggle to reunited a relationship with
Daisy and win her heart. Theme: hope, love, dream moreover gender
inequality and class status are the main theme of this story. Jay Gatsby
love makes him an obsessed man he think he buy love with money.
In short, Tom, Daisy, the characters that have done the most moral
damage throughout the novel. In the end, these individuals show
characteristics of a moral decay in society because the cause corruption
and lies, which is why they are morally responsible for the destruction of
humanity.
