REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
1. Miscellaneous and laboratory fees shall be paid in full upon enrollment.
2. Tuition fee shall be paid in cash or installment basis.
3. Payments and Due Dates:

4. Tuition fee is refundable ONLY IF PAID IN FULL in accordance with the following schedule:
90% - before and within 1st week of classes
75% - within the 2nd week from start of classes
50% - within the 3rd week from start of classes
0% - NO REFUND after 3rd week from start of classes
5. Miscellaneous fees are non-refundable. Laboratory fees may be refunded only before start of classes.
6. Withdrawal of enrollment by new student should be done before start of classes. Downpayment is not refundable.
Submitted documents will be returned to the student.
7. Student who wants to drop his/her enrollment should fill out a Drop Form at the Cashier.
8. Miscellaneous Fees have to be paid in full if student drops enrollment before the 1st quarter examination.
9. Total Fees should be paid in full if student drops enrollment after he has taken the 1st quarter examination.
10. Change of course, subject or section will be allowed in the schedule of CADS (Change-Add-Drop Subject/Section).
11. Transfer credentials will be issued only if the student is cleared of his/her responsibility from Fullbright College.

JADON EMMRICK C CIDRO accepted the terms and conditions stated above and will pay Fullbright College the amounts as scheduled.
