    Convention

    I don't have any idea how to prepare for a convention. Based on


    my research and opinion. When preparing a convention, first, you
    should decide your theme. You should have a particular subject to
    talk about for you to know who you will invite. The second is to arrange
    your team. You cannot do everything all by yourself. You need people
    to help you with your tasks. You need to plan for the budget and the
    flow of the event you will make, and you should plan the venue, foods,
    activities, speaker, and your participants. Fourth is setting up the date
    of the event, book the venue, arrange the food, and hire someone fit
    to be a speaker for the event. Distribute the invitations for your guest,
    and when the convention is near, follow up with your guests. Lastly,
    thank everyone who helped your event successful.
    2. Exhibition

    I have never attended an exhibition. I have no idea what is the


    flow of the event. Based on my research, In planning an exhibition,
    first, you should know where the exhibition you want to attend.
    Know the people who are going to attend. The second is to pick
    the space, space you want to locate your exhibit. Then create a
    plan with your team, and establish your budget. Before the event,
    maybe 4 or 6 months start promoting your exhibit through social
    media or email, email the possible buyer. On the day of the event,
    you must arrive early, record every person and listen to your visitor.

    3. Special Events (Birthday)

    Based on my experience in preparing a birthday, especially a


    debut. The first thing we do is knowing the budget. Second is the
    venue, a venue that can cater to the people that are attending the
    event. In finding a venue, it may have a package, venue,
    decorations, and food. Then, we find a gown fit that is fit to the
    theme. Then, making invitations and distribute them to the guests.
    When the event is near, follow up with the guest who will attend and
    follow up on the venue, decorations, and food. You should be
    particular to the design you want, and you should monitor the
    decoration so that if you don't want the design, they can alter it for
    you.
