1. What do you think is needed in preparing for an exhibition? Explain.

- Preparing for an exhibition can be a complex process that requires careful planning
and attention to detail. This may involve conceptualization to decide on the concept
or theme of the exhibition, brainstorming, research, and discussions with other
stakeholders. It's important to have a clear idea of what you want to convey through
the exhibition, and who the intended audience is. And also selection of works to
consider factors such as the quality and relevance of the works, as well as their
aesthetic and conceptual coherence, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and
materials are available. It's also important to promote the exhibition to ensure that
it reaches the intended audience, and to document the exhibition through
photography, video, or other media. This helps to preserve the exhibition for future
reference, and can also be used for promotional purposes.

2. If you were given a chance to lunch a big event, how would you prepare for a grand
opening? Explain.
- Grand opening event can be exciting and challenging at the same time. First I would
maybe determine the goals and objectives of the event. This may include generating
buzz, attracting audience, introducing a service or events, or increasing
events awareness. I would also consider the overall theme, decorations, and
entertainment options to create a memorable experience for attendees. And plan
that includes social media, email marketing, press releases, flyers, and other
promotional materials, especially promotions to local audience, and partnering with
nearby organizers to cross-promote the event. Despite the best planning, there may
be unforeseen circumstances that can disrupt the event so it also important to
prepare the unexpected to mitigate risks. After the event, it's important to follow up
thank them for coming, and gather feedback to improve future events.
