Entrepreneurship refers to the concept of developing and managing a business venture in order to gain profit by taking several risks in the corporate world. Simply put, entrepreneurship is the willingness to start a new business.

Business Entrepreneurs that I know are risk takers and willing to overcome a great many obstacles to see their business succeed. They are often creative big vision out of the box thinkers that put great emphasis on achieving their desired goal. Ordinary managers that I know are responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company or similar organization. They help business entrepreneur to create objectives and goals.
