ONLINE INTERVIEW

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the temporary post of Senior Research Fellow (01
No.) (on contractual basis) for the MoFPI-FFS project. The duration of theprojectis for 24months.

Senior Research Fellow:

Fellowship : Rs.31,000/- plus 16% HRA per month.

Essential Qualification : Master Degree in Electronics/ Computer Science/
Artificial Intelligence with 4 years/ 5 years of
Bachelor’s Degree.
OR
Candidates having Post-graduate Degree in Basic
Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years
Master’s degree should have NET qualifications and
2 years of research experience.

Desirable Qualification : 1-3 years of Matlab experience in image processing,

deep learning, machine learning and computer
vision.

Hand-on experience in camera modules and single-

board computers like intel NUC, raspberry pi, etc.

Knowledge in programming languages like python or

java will be an added advantage.

Age limit : Maximum of 35 years for men and 40 years for

women as on date of interview

3. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates is permissible.
4. Candidate should possess 1st class or 60% marks or equivalent overall GPA
5. Date and time for the online interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates in due course.
6. The selected candidate will be recruited on contract basis under ICAR norms. The post is purely
temporary.
7. The candidate attending the interview should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions. No
correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection/test/appointment
8. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post.
9. The decision of Director,CIFT will be final and binding in all aspects regarding the selection to the post.
