Purchasing a ticket means you accept the following conditions during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We are delighted to welcome you aboard as a passenger and will do everything in our power to
make your trip safe and enjoyable.

The Coronavirus outbreak brings a risk of catching the Covid-19 disease, so we have adopted the
following containment measures and travel advice in line with guidelines from the Norwegian
Directorate of Health and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health:

Travel advice

• Do not travel if you are quarantined, sick or suspect that you may be infected.
• Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from other passengers.
• Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly.
• Cough into a paper towel or the crook of your elbow.

Infection control measures

• While boarding
- Ticket sellers/crew will be on the dock to make sure guests maintain a separation of at
least 1 meter before and during boarding.
- We use contactless ticket checking during boarding, so please have your ticket ready
either as a printout or on your mobile device screen.
- The crew will ensure that passengers disinfect their hands when boarding.
- Passengers with clear symptoms of fever, coughing or sneezing will not be allowed to
board.

• On board
- We have reduced the capacity on board so there are plenty of seats available. Please
stay at least 1 meter away from anyone who is not part of your regular household.
- There is plenty of deck space on all our boats and passengers are welcome to stay on
deck throughout the trip if they so desire.
- The cabin has several hand disinfection stations.
- Toilets and washbasins on board will be disinfected at least once an hour or as required.
The crew will make regular rounds to check conditions and remove trash.
- Internal door handles, handrails and countertops will be disinfected after every trip.
- Outside areas of the boat will be washed daily with special focus on railings, gangways,
doors and other outdoor areas jointly used by passengers and crew.

• Kiosk
- The kiosk on board will be open with very basic food and drink service. We encourage
everyone to pay by card or with the Norwegian mobile phone payment app ‘Vipps’.
- Credit card terminals will be disinfected frequently.
- We have imposed strict infection control requirements on our crews.

This information will also be sent as an attachment to your booking confirmation. We recommend
that you print out that attachment and have it with you on the trip.

We wish you a safe and enjoyable trip!
