To whomever it may concern, | am writing this letter to formally endorse Amanda Barbosa De Vasconcelos for the role of MCP of AIESEC in Canada 20.21. From my first experience with Amanda as the Co-Chair of my EB 19 retreat back in November 2018 and to my last experience with Amanda as her member of two LCP sub-committees, | have seen the amount of dedication, passion, and hard work Amanda puts into everything she does. Through my year spent being supported by Amanda in the various challenges | faced as an LCP, as a sub-committee member, and as an AIESECer ~ Amanda would always be there to push me in the right direction by giving her extensive knowledge and expertise to my Executive Board and I. She supported the growth of AIESEC Ryerson and | am forever grateful for this. ‘Amanda has been the responsible for monumental events this year, to name a few; {i) developing the Organizational Development Model for AIESEC in Canada which accurately represents the health and status of every LC, (ii) the August National Presidential Meeting which set the direction for the successful and strong Winter Peak delivered this fall, (iii) and developing the National Strategic Development Conference 2019 agenda which was the first of its kind that prepared all incoming EB’s for 2020. Amanda has excelled in her role as AIESEC in Canada’s MCVP LCD by delivering more than we could ever hope for. Finally, Amanda always gives nothing but %110 into everything she does and | strongly believe that she will be successful as AIESEC in Canada’s MCP 20.21.
