Write down some of the disadvantages of speech recognition and its applications.

Disadvantages :-
 Difficult to build a perfect system.
 Speaking is loud and invites noise to others.
 Filtering background noise is a task and it is too much that can even be difficult
for humans to accomplish.
 This biometric is sensitive to environmental conditions such as background
noise.
 It doesn’t keep privacy it does not suit a crowded environment.
 Error and misinterpretation of words.

Applications:-
 Speech to text.
 Email writing
 Search engine simplicity.
 Biometric recognition
 Voice commands
 Learning Languages etc
