So we've now been through all the challenging steps of actually developing a campaign. We're now at the stage
where we have to think about how it should run day-to-day, what are the things that are going to pop up on a daily

basis, and how are we going to make sure that we manage the whole lifeline of this campaign effectively?

There’s three things we're going to look at in this area. The first thing is actually looking at who should be

responsible for managing the campaign on a daily basis. It's a really important role.

The second thing is looking at when are we going to do these updates? How often are we going to do them? And

who's actually going to make sure that those things happen?

And the third thing is to actually monitor, to analyse, to listen closely, to match our progress and make sure we're

reaching our objectives, or make changes at the right time. So let's take a look at them now.
