To give you something more tangible to go away after the end of this module, would be my three tips for Twitter. So the first one
would be engage with people, follow people, follow people that you know, also follow people that
may be of interest to you or may be in the same line of business or may be in the same line of interesting topics.
Second tip would be engage rather than broadcast. Nowadays you can get showered by messages from different
companies which almost to us feels like spam, and it's rather broadcasting. But to make your engagement on Twitter and your
presence on Twitter more meaningful and more interactive and actually more useful for yourself and your company or your
brand or your business, engage with people. That's going to drive conversations. That
is going to drive hashtags. That is going to drive actually engagement with people outside of your network.
The third top tip will be listen, manage, and analyse. What I mean by listen in the social media context is actually
look at the different hashtags that are going around, look at what your connections are posting, look at what is the
general topic. Google hashtags if you like and then participate in the conversations. This way you're going to
become more visible. People are going to see your name. They're going to see your Twitter handle. And if what
