Greetings in the name of youth leadership!

In heed of the call to expand the youth awareness about social justice, involve themselves in
free discourse, I and my students agreed to develop the Antique Chapter for MPH. This aims to
make the Antique Youth exercise their full potentials in leadership and promote social
responsibility among peers. Also, to respond actively to critical issues happening around them.

I am writing this letter to Request permission and ask for any assistance we might be needed in
the journey to achieve success in the creation of the chapter.
