Quotation Conditions
1 The Origin of the quoted luminaires are shown next to each type however any luminaire may have internal component from different origin based on manufacturers selection .

2 All quoted types are supplied complete with drivers and accessories and ready to be plugged unless otherwise stated or requested.

3 Light output color rendering is stated next to each type, the change of color must be pre-notified prior than ordering as it will reflect on luminaire part number , lead time and/or price.

4 This Quotation is based on the running Egyptian import laws and regulations as at its release dated , any changes that may accrue during its validity or during lead time after ordering must be considered
and compensated by buyer even if their purchase orders states differently .

5 Any depreciation on the local currency exchange rates against hard currencies exceeding 1% at the quotation release date and based on C.B. of Egypt exchange rates and during its validity
till advance payment collection must be compensated by buyer with equivalent amount at the first request by Siraj Lighting
6 Damage caused due to or by Electrical Failure, Power Surges, Spikes, Lightning strikes, Spillage or wilful damage, accidental damage and installation faults are out of warranty.

7 Lead Time stated is calculated based on working weeks not calendar weeks accordingly Holy days and National days off must be added.

8 After ordering no changes can be accepted neither in Quantities, finish or color render as the original order will be in production as soon as received from the client

9 Buyer Must Follow installation instructions attached with each luminaire or Call Siraj Lighting Customer Service on Number XXXXXXXXXXX for Advice and assistance
