Handling of chemicals in lab

• To prepare solutions of different strengths, their dilution and handling

• To prepare of different agro-chemical doses for field, pot and lab applications

Acid-Base
• To prepare solutions of acids and bases and their neutralization

Buffer solution
• To prepare buffers of different strengths and pH values

Media and sterilization

• To prepare different kinds of media

• To study methods of sterilization of lab instruments
