Tell me about yourself

I was born in Taguig City but grow up in Pasig City and I’m currently studying at STI College Ortigas
Cainta takin Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.

I have heard nothing but good things about this company from people who have worked here. People
say that the accounts here are very stable, the management is kind to its employees, and everyone is
friendly.

I know that this company is one of the leading companies in the call center industry. You have several
sites in the world, one in Atlanta, and four in Dallas. You have several accounts; most of them are
medical and financial accounts. I also happen to know that most of the accounts in this call center
company are very stable because this is what my friends who work here tell me .

What are your strength and weakness?

One of my greatest strengths is ability to learn fast on the job and teach myself different skills and while
I don’t have much experience in customer service, I think my ability to learn will help me overcome that
obstacle quickly.

What’s your idea of a call center?

To me, the job of call center agents is to listen and understand customer concerns while also providing
helpful information. At the end of the day, customer service call centers need to create satisfied
customers with every call.

How would you handle a call from an angry customer?

I think the first step is to stay calm and express to the customer that you understand them. I think it’s
also important to remember that it isn’t personal, and the best way to de-escalate the situation is to
work towards a solution.

How do you manage stress after difficult calls?

After ending the call, I would do deep-breathing techniques to calm myself to get ready for my next call.
After extremely stressful calls, I might get up to stretch before going back to my call list.
What is your expected salary?

Whatever amount you give to people with qualifications would be fine.
