Self-awareness- as a leader you must know what are your own leadership strength and
weaknesses. We must be aware of those leadership style that we need to implement.
Excellent communication skills- we must be excellent in communicating with other people.
We can be effective leader if we successfully managed and directed if you possess excellent
communication skills.
Leader must influence and should be influenced. Everyone can influence somebody
either for the good or for bad. If you influence others and provide directions and
guidance, then you can lead them.
A person to be called a leader should have followers for him. He has to direct his
people to something which will bring goodness, not harm. Just as good leader
should, it only takes skill, knowledge and compassion for an individual to harness
influence.
Be results oriented- It means learning from your mistakes and being in a process of
continous improvement. Learn to listen from other’s ideas for having a good results.
Do not focus on your own ideas only, if the ideas of others are more effective then
follow their suggestions.
Customer focus means putting your custumers needs first. while custumer service
skills are key to customer focus,customer-focused companies show that the
customer experience matters across the organization,at every step of the customer
journey. This includes: the honesty of their marketing campaigns.
