    WHEREAS,
    Under the University Rules Governing B.A.LL.B. Degree, Course of study and
    Examination, a candidate is required to write a Dissertation Carrying total 300
    marks on the subject approved by the Dean of the Faculty of Legal Studies in
    Partial fulfilment of the requirement for the Degree of B.A.LL.B. of the
    Motherhood University:

    AND WHEREAS,
    MR. RAVI SHANKER has been permitted to write a dissertation on
    “HUMAN RIGHTS…………….” for B.A.LL.B.Degree Examination of the
    Motherhood University.

    NOWTHEREUPON,
    MR. RAVI SHANKER has submitted the said Dissertation which is being
