Your team arrives at the scene to find a 45 years old man (100 kg) having seizures. The seizure
stops 30 seconds after you arrive. His skin is cyanotic, diaphoretic, and clammy. HR is 24/min,
palpable by carotid pulse only, and you cannot obtain a BP. RR is 4/min and 88% on room air.
The patient is unresponsive and shows the following rhythm:
