DIAGNOSIS :
Overall, Appearances are those of High Grade Papillary
 Urothelial Carcinoma-Urinary

bladder.[WHO Grade-II]

Deep Muscle invasion-Not seen.

Lymphovascular Invasion-Not seen..

Gross Examination :
3178/21-[A]-Bladder tumor-Received multiple gray
brown soft tissue pieces-Collective size-1.0 cm.
3179/21-[B]-Deep Muscle-Received few tiny grey
white soft tissue pieces-collective size0.5 cm.

Microscopy :
3178/21-[A]-Sections show urothelial bits showing
endophytic  pattern into underlying lamina exhibiting mild 
to moderate epithelial disarray , nuclear hyperchromasia
and pleomorphism. Mitotic activity is increased.Lamina
propria shows cell nests. Lymphovascular invasion is not
seen.

3179/21- [B]- No definite deep Muscle invasion is

seen in the given bits.
