Abandoning the over-eating is beneficial for health


plus it can help fighting food inflation. Just By quitting dinner culture great amount of food can
be saved. Energy obtained from dinner is not utilized by body and it stored as fat and may cause
over weighting. Instead a light meal in evening can proved to be good for health and also for
