Types of Quantitative Research Design:

1. EXPLORATORY RESEARCH DESIGN
- used to establish an initial understanding and
background information about a research study of
interest.
- oftenly with very few or no earlier related studies found
relevant to the research study.
- informal or unstructured way of investigating available
resources.(e.g. experience survey, case analysis, focus
groups, etc.
2. DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH DESIGN
