caught having sex with a woman (found this while I was trying to collect information to give to the authorities
He had multiple phone numbers he kept changing- They were in my iPhone as Dark Knight and White Knight
to differenate the numbers

Reported to Brookhaven PD July 2020 have received no follow up from anyone from the assigned Detective-
Miller, to Chief of Police
Met him when my car died outside the Court of Appeals in Atlanta. I had gone to get certified
documents from the Court of Appeals and Ga Supreme Court in early Nov 2018 in my wrongful
termination case against Chatham County. Called my father, Tony Waller and Kevin Diagou (then a
friend who was a Thunderbolt PD officer, former Savannah PD , and Savannah State K-9 officer. Last I
knew worked for Chattahoochee Hills PD My father Edward Voss Rogers yelled at me for hours then
finally agreed to have the car towed. I had tried to use my AAA, but they could not get the car started
and would not take my digital card, so I was forced to pay them $60 from my Wells Fargo account- a
charge that I tried to dispute once I got back to Savannah. The Pooler Wells Fargo called but would not
reverse the charge. My car was towed to World Toyota 5800 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, GA 3034. Shawn got
my father to pay for a motel because he was going to leave me in downtown ATL overnight. He had my father
send him $100 through PayPal, took me to McDonald’s and left me at the motel-which he put in his name.
A week or so later I had to return to ATL to get the documents from The Ga Court of Appeals and Ga
Supreme Court. I did not realize until I was in ATL that my driver’s license was not in my wallet- which had
gone missing from my apartment several times, along with my car keys, credit cards, my planner and such.
So I called Shawn and asked him to put the hotel in his name.
Gave Shawn $80 cash at the front desk. He had just checked my car as the check transmission light
was on. He hooked up a diagnostic tool it and told me there was an issue with the transmission.

He went to R Mayer Towing before we went to get dinner. I was in the tow truck and he went in. I had
been there once previously after Shawn dropped off my car at World Toyota

I bought him dinner (I gave him the cash and he went in and got it- He had a calzone and I had fettucine
Alfredo ) We went to Quick Trip and he bought me a candy bar, Twix and a soda. He got himself a soda
and candy bar as well. We returned to the hotel and had dinner. Where he sexually assaulted me and
forced me to take a shower following the sexual assault, and then left the room- it was on the second
floor.

The next morning
I had my earbuds in. Was listening to music outside while having a cigarette, after having had orange
Juice and cranberry juice from their breakfast bar it is in a machine, tears rolling down my face and
made a tweet on my Valkryie's Haven Twitter- the tweet was about missing my ex-bf Steve Collins and
Dalton PD. I have had the account since 2011 which I have not been able to access since April 2019
because of Pooler PD and Chatham County Sheriff’s Department. A Doraville PD SUV in the parking lot of
the Wells Fargo. The tweet has been delated by someone- only one with access would be Chatham
County whose sheriff deputy stole my electronics when I went to Juvenile Court for help about what
Pooler PD had done to me and my animals. The app was not password protected on my iPhone but the
phone is- It is a Silver Iphone 8 plus I bought from Verizon in Dec 2018 after breaking my black iphone 8
plus – I have but is still broken.
Went to Starbucks and got 2 Venti iced Dirty Chai’s and they scanned my Starbucks card I had had since
2013 the next morning, the Court of Appeals and Ga Supreme Court. Wrote checks for the certified
copies of the documents I needed. Then went back to Savannah because my animals were at home
alone. I had bruises on my wrists and could barely walk. Shawn called me and wanted to know if I was
okay after having texted me. He continued to call me for several weeks after trying to get me to return
to ATL. I sought medical care at a private doctor in SC who ran all the tests and gave me all the
medications that I would have gotten in the ER. I returned for a follow up, all of the tests were negative
for any STD or pregnancy.
I attempted to report the case until July 2020 when I was finally able to get to ATL to report it
In March 2019 I went to Dalton, Ga to speak with my ex-boyfriend who is the son of a GBI Agent but
didn't want to bother him at work, because he was working in the high school as SRO and returned to
Savannah.
In May 2019, the week before Mother's Day, my car had died in the Starbucks parking lot in Pooler. The
Pooler PD left me in the car for months, even after having taken my animal. In July 2019, the car was
taken by Burnside Towing who refused to give me any information on the car. Ofr Ferguson and a white
male officer came in while I was in the Starbucks drinking coffee I had bought, told me the car was being
taken and I was being banned from the Starbucks. I only had 10 minutes to get anything out of the car. I
could not retrieve the car because my driver’s license and all of my other identification, wallet,
electronics were taken in June 2019 at Chatham County Juvenile Court by a former coworker- Will a
Chatham County Sheriff’s deputy (BM, former USMC) who said there was a restraining order against me
which there was not. It took me until July 2020 to get back to ATL since Pooler PD had taken my car and
would not investigate the circumstances under which it was taken and still will not. The electronics and

my credit cards were reported stolen on 10/16/2019 to the Savannah PD because Will refused to let me
make a report.
No police officer I made contact with between June 2019 and July 2020 would assist me in finding out
how to make the report. make a phone call or help me get to any officer I knew in Savannah. They would
tell me to walk to police HQ and “not expect any help” POST investigator William Newsome wpould not
assist me and told me “call the GBI.” No personal contact I knew in Savannah. Or the state of Ga
including Anthony Waller, Steve Craft and my former civil attorney Alan Lowe would help me, nor will
anyone return an email, phone call or text that has been the case for 20 months now.
July 2019
After getting into ATL Greyhound station, Officer Bennett with the Marta PD gave me directions how to
get to Doraville (I mistakenly thought the sexual assault had happened in Doraville because the Doraville
PD) Doraville PD took me to Chamblee and left me in front of a grocery store where a Chamblee PD
Officer- Ofr Garcia (female) was. She ran my driver’s license, and called Sandy Springs PD, and left. Ofr.
Neil Penirelli left me out in the street in Doraville. I made my way back to Chamblee. A Chamblee PD
supervisor, responded when I called to determined that Brookhaven was the appropriate jurisdiction. He
told me to stay at the Quick Trip where I was and Brookhaven PD detectives would respond. They never
did. Several hours later in the middle of the night I was having severe abdominal pain, I was transported
to the hospital. When I was discharged, an off-duty black female Sandy Springs officer gave me $6 and a
Marta pass and told me to go to Brookhaven. I did. I called Brookhaven PD from inside the Marta
station. A white male Marta officer responded and waited until Brookhaven PD arrived. While I was
being forced to make the report outside the Marta station, in public I began to have a panic attack.
Atlanta Fire Department and EMS responded. I was taken to the hospital but received no medical
treatment.
Brookhaven PD male officer A. Massol wearing wrist sweatbands told me “Don’t tell us anything about
Chatham County” failed to get a suspect description, failed to call a detective to the scene. A 1 st Lt
initially responded and left. The black female officer with long braids told me “What are you going to do
now that you are in ATL?” Gave me a paper with the Salvation Army info but told me they didn’t have a
Salvation Army in ATL. She told me to go to McDonald’s and charge my phone.
They did make a report but failed to give me even victim rights information, merely writing the report
number on a piece of butcher paper. Police report number 20-004614 which was classified as an assault
and not a sexual assault.
Det. Miller (female) Called me in the ER. Her only question for e was “Do you always speak in military time?”

She left one return message for me when I called in August 2020. Called Brookhaven PD and left a message
requesting a return phone call requesting to speak to IA given she would not give me any information on the case.
Have never received a return call to date. Sent an email to Chief Gary Yuandra- have never received a return email
since it was emailed in Sept 2020. Tried to reach out to him via Linked only to discover he had blocked me.
Inmailed Kendall Hamm Investigator II at the Dekalb County DA (she is the wife of GGIA Raymond Hamm)
on LinkedIN to request her help in determining the status of the case Dec 8 2021 – no answer
Got in touch with Richard Randolph – Chief Investigator at Dekalb County DA- Jan 21 2021 about the situation- no
response

How I met Kevin Diagou and Sean Clayton - I met when he and Chief Sean Clayton arrested Normel
Anderson. The case was assigned to Judge Burke but Judge Colbert was hearing the Adjudication
because it was codefendant case. She would frequently reschedule the case and Kevin and I became
friends when I would notify him and Sean Clayton of the continuances, and Normel’s ongoing criminal
activity. Chief Clayton had requested an electronic monitor and Judge Colbert would no grant it. On
February 2016- the adjudication was held. - we were supposed to have lunch in ATL because he was off.
Neither answered.
The car was repaired including a new battery being put in it. The charge was over $700. I called my father in
Winslow and he gave me his credit card number which I gave to the Toyota rep and went back to Savannah.
Shawn was trying to get me to stay in Atl and I wouldn’t because I had my cats at home that needed care.

Wells Fargo-I had gone there before Shawn got there and tried to cash the Cashier’s check my father
had sent me for $2,000 which was endorsed because the Pooler Wells Fargo would not cash it. Despite
you cannot put a stop payment on a cashier’s check check was in vehicle Pooler PD stole)
