Decimal Places
To correct 0. 03721 to two decimal places (d.p) look at the third decimal place.

 If it is 5 or larger, we add 1 to the digit in the second decimal place.


 If it is less than 5, we do not change the digit in the second decimal place.

In this example, the digit in the third decimal place is 7.


0.03 7 21

3rd decimal place 7 is greater than 5


So, 0.03 7 21=0.04 correct to 2 d.p
