The Materials:

The Steps:

First, plug in the calbe to the electricty. (Pertama, colokkan kabel tv ke listrik.)

Then, turn on the televisi by pressing the power button on the remote. If you use additional device
make sure that you may have to turn them on separately too. (Lalu, hidupkan tv dengan menekan
tombol power pada remot. Jika anda menggunakan perangkat tambahan pastikan anda juga sudah
menghidupkannya.)

Third, turn on the cable box. Usually the cable box shows number if it is already on, otherwise if it
shows blank screen, it’s probably off. (Ketiga, hidupkan receiver tv anda. Biasanya receiver akan
menampilkan angka jika sudah menyala, sebaliknya jika receiver tidak menampilkan apapun,
mungkin receiver anda masih dalam keadaan mati.)

Next, press some numbers on the remote to change the channel. If the channel can’t be changed,
something might be wrong with your remote. Please check the batteries or use other universal
remote. (Selanjutnya, tekanlah beberapa nomor pada remot tv untuk mengganti siaran tv. Jika
siaran tv nya tidak bisa diganti, mungkin remot anda ada yang rusak. Silahkan cek batre remotnya
atau gunakan remot universal lainnya.)

If it is doesn’t work too, just walk over to your TV and press the power and some other buttons.
Then, you can find the television show that you want to watch. (Jika masih tidak berfungsi juga,
mendekatlah ke TV anda dan tekan tombol power dan beberapa tombol lainnya. Lalu, anda dapat
mencari siaran TV sesuai dengan yang ingin anda tonton.)

Last, if you’ve finished watching the TV, turn off the TV to save the electricity. If you want to watch
TV late into the night, do not forget to set the time on your TV. Do not let you fall asleep and the TV

How to Operate Computer

Steps:

How to Operate Computer itself consists of three stages, they are How to Turn On The Computer,
How to Operate The Computer itself and How to Turn Off The Computer.

1. How to Turn On The Computer

Before turning on the computer, there are several things to be aware of to make sure devices such
as keyboard, mouse, monitor and a power cable in a state of connected to the power supply and
make sure the PC is installed the Operating System. Here are the steps to turn on the computer:

• Press the power button on the CPU

• Push of a power button on the monitor

• Wait a few moments until the loading process window pops up windows and computer / PC is
ready for use.

2. How to Operate The Computer

After the computer restarts, the next process is to Operate Computers. So that you can more quickly
master the computer, then use the computer according to your needs and goals. If you are a
designer, you can use Design Software like Corel Draw, 3D, Adobe Photoshop and others to better
focus on the activity of your design. If you are a programmer, you can use Visual Basic, C ++, Java,
PHP and others to support your work. If the your learning objectives on the computer is just for
Typing, Sending E-Mail, Making Letters and other activities which support the work of your office,
then Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and little knowledge of the
internet has a very quality to help you lighten your work.

3. How to Turn Off The Computer

To turn off the computer (Shutdown), there are several steps that must be considered as belows:
• Close all the applications you use.

• Click the Start menu (XP) / Logo Windows (7) in the bottom left corner.

• Select Shutdown and wait a while until your computer is completely shutted down.

• After the computer completely off, then press the button on the monitor and speakers, stabilizer
and other computer devices.

• After that, unplug it from the wall socket. Its aim is to save power and to anticipate the occurrence
of electrical short circuit.

Cara Mengoperasikan Komputer

Langkah – Langkah:

Cara Mengoperasikan Komputer itu sendiri terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu Bagaimana Menghidupkan
Komputer, Cara Mengoperasikan Komputer itu sendiri dan Bagaimana Mematikan Komputer.

1. Bagaimana Cara Menghidupkan Komputer

Sebelum menyalakan komputer, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan yaitu pastikan perangkat
keras seperti keyboard, mouse, monitor dan kabel power dalam keadaan terhubung ke sumber
listrik dan pastikan PC telah teinstal Sistem Operasi. Berikut langkah-langkah untuk menghidupkan
komputer:

• Tekan tombol power pada CPU

• Tekan tombol power pada monitor

• Tunggu beberapa saat sampai jendela proses loading muncul dan komputer / PC siap digunakan.

2. Bagaimana Cara Mengoperasikan Komputer

Setelah komputer telah hidup, proses selanjutnya adalah Mengoperasikan Komputer. Anda dapat
lebih cepat menguasai komputer jika Anda menggunakan komputer sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan
tujuan Anda. Jika Anda seorang desainer, Anda dapat menggunakan Software Desain seperti Corel
Draw, 3D, Adobe Photoshop dan lain-lain untuk lebih fokus pada aktivitas desain Anda. Jika Anda
seorang programmer, Anda dapat menggunakan Visual Basic, C ++, Java, PHP dan lain-lain untuk
mendukung pekerjaan Anda. Jika tujuan panduan belajar komputer hanya untuk Mengetik,
Mengirim E-Mail, Membuat Surat dan kegiatan lain yang yang mendukung pekerjaan kantor Anda,
maka Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) dan sedikit pengetahuan
tentang internet memiliki kualitas yang sangat membantu untuk meringankan pekerjaan Anda.

3. Bagaimana Cara Mematikan Computer

Untuk mematikan komputer (Shutdown), ada beberapa langkah yang harus dilakukan sebagai
berikut:

• Tutup semua aplikasi yang Anda gunakan.

• Klik menu Start (XP) / Windows Logo (7) di sudut kiri bawah.

• Pilih Shutdown dan tunggu beberapa saat sampai komputer Anda benar-benar mati.

• Setelah komputer benar-benar mati, tekan tombol pada monitor dan speaker, stabilizer dan
perangkat komputer lainnya.

• Setelah itu, cabut kabel dari stopkontak. Tujuannya adalah untuk menghemat daya dan untuk
mengantisipasi terjadinya korsleting listrik.
