PARENTS ACCESS GUIDELINES

STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND GRANT PARENTS ACCESS


STEP 1 – LOGIN INTO THE TEACHERS ACCOUNT THEN GO TO THE STUDENT MANAGEMENT UNDER
MANAGE STUDENT TAB

STEP 2 – LOOK FOR THE STUDENT NAME THAT HAS A RED EXCLAMATION POINT. THE PARENT
REQUEST MESSAGE WILL POP OUT

STEP 3 – CLICK ON THE STUDENT NAME LINK TO ACCESS THE PROFILE


STEP 4 – CLICK ON THE EDIT STUDENT INFO RIGHT UNDER THE PARENTS ACCESS NOTIFICATION
STEP 5 – THE PARENTS EMAIL ADDRESS/ES SHOULD SHOW UP ON THE NEXT PAGE.
CLICK ON “APPROVE” AS NEEDED THEN THE “SAVE” BUTTON. ADDITIONAL EMAIL CAN ALSO BE
ADDED.

STEP 6 – FINALLY, THE CONFIRMATION PAGE WILL SHOW UP. DELETE FUNCTION WILL ALSO BE
AVAILABLE AS WELL AS THE TIME STAMP ON WHEN THE PARENTS WILL ACCESS THE STUDENT
PROFILE.
