Dear All students

In line with the announcement made by Government of Gujarat regarding preventive


measures of Covid-19, all the constituent institutes of Ganpat University will remain closed
for all the students between 16th March 2020 and 29th March 2020.

Student fraternity of the University are informed to take note of undermentioned points:

1. From tomorrow, 16th March 2020, all the internal/mid-semester Examinations


scheduled are postponed till 29th March 2020 EXCEPT Scheduled University
Examination including Remedial Examination shall continue.
2. Teaching and Non-teaching staff members shall remain on duty during this period.
3. Hostelite students belonging from Gujarat State hereby advised to go at your home
till 29th March 2020 except those whose University Examination is going on.
4. Hostelite students belonging from other States hereby advised to stay at hostel
without any fear. However, if any one wish to go home, kindly register at Chief
Warden Office, G Block. In such case on your return, you have to produce medical
fitness certificate (COVID-19 Non Infected, No Cold, Fever, Cough during this period).
5. Hostelite INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS are hereby informed that they will remain in
the campus and they SHALL NOT be allowed to visit outside of the Campus. For any

6. All students are hereby informed to keep visiting website of the University and stay
in contact with their teacher regularly for further updates about resume of classes,
examination and other activities. Helpline number of concern institute shall be
displayed at the University and institute website.
7. For Hostelite students to leave for their places, Buses shall be available from
tomorrow at 07:00 am in-front of Hostel block – G & H. The buses shall drop
students at Mehsana and Gozaria to catch further connectivity upto their
destination.
8. University is making an arrangement of Online classes within max 3 days. You all are
requested to attend all classes regularly. Further communication will be sent to you
in this regard from your college.
9. You all are advised to take all precaution and do not create any panic. Help others to
not to take panic. Self-precaution is the only remedy.
