Who we are & what we do

Paws in the City is a dedicated team of dog owners and dog lovers.
We get to know your dog and match him or her with the ideal
member of our team. For your peace of mind all our walkers are
trained in first aid for dogs and carry first aid supplies with them.
We offer a premium one-to-one walking service and we will not
walk your dog with dogs from other households unless it is
specifically requested

First Aid Trained

FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND

Your dog's safety is always our team member's first priority and we will never
do anything to put your dog in harm's way. However, we all know that
occasionally accidents do happen. That's why all our walkers are trained in first
aid for dogs and carry supplies with them

'Matching'
EVERY DOG IS DIFFERENT!

Different dogs have different needs according to age, breed, health etc. Because
we want your dog to have the best possible experience, we match him to the
most suitable team member. Energetic dogs are matched with an energetic team
member, for example!
Regular Walks
INCLUDING WEEKENDS

We are available from 8 am until 8 pm Monday-Friday, and 8 am until 4 pm

Saturday & Sunday. We also have team members available over the main
holidays including Christmas. Walk schedules can be booked in advance and
discounts apply for long-term bookings

One-to-One Walks
ENSURING YOUR DOG GETS THE BEST CARE

Many dog walkers walk 5 or more dogs together, all from different
households. We don't believe that it's possible to cater for a dog's individual
needs when walked with multiple others. Therefore in most circumstances we
walk dogs on a one-to-one basis

Free Doggy Massage

OPTIONAL 5-MINUTE MASSAGE

Studies have shown that dogs benefit from massage in the same way that people
do! Our walkers are all trained in dog massage therapy. We can return your dog
home 5 minutes early for a 'winding down' massage, helping her to feel relaxed
until you return

Free Treats
HEALTHY TREATS WITH YOUR PERMISSION

With your permission, we like to give the dogs a few healthy treats while out
walking. We have a selection of chicken, liver, or salmon treats. As well as
hypoallergenic, low calorie, and vegan treats. Just tell us what your dog prefers
:)

We won't let you down

We know that being reliable is very important. When you book a
dog walk with our team, we guarantee not to let you down. If your
scheduled walker is ill or has an emergency and can't make it, we
will send one of our other experienced team members instead.

FAQ's
Q. Do you have discounts for multi-dog households?

A. Yes. If we are walking two or three dogs together from the same
household, you will qualify for a 25% discount.

Q. How do I know I can trust the walker with my house keys?

A. Our walkers are thoroughly vetted, which includes carrying out an

official background check before being accepted onto the team.

Q. Do you allow dogs off the lead?

A. We do not normally allow dogs off the lead. Your dog's safety and well-
being is our number one priority. However, we do have a few older, quiet
dogs, who are allowed off the lead. You are welcome to discuss this
possibility with us.

Q. How long do walks last?

A. Walks are either 30 minutes, or one hour long.

Q. Where will my dog be walked?

A. We will walk your dog as close to your house as possible. Depending

on where you live, this will either be a park, or countryside.

Q. How do I make a booking?

A. Get in touch to arrange a home visit so that we can discuss yours and
your dog's requirements. We always like to meet your dog first so that we
can match him up with the walker most suited to his needs
