Purchase Order. Deliveries are subject to force majure condition. This offer does not cover
penalty towards late delivery/liquidated damages, unless agreed by us

Installation and Commissioning:

This offer does not include installation and commissioning of the products by us. If required, w e
can commission product at site @Rs. 4500/- day charge. To &Fro, Lodging and boarding will at
your account. This service do not include any type of mechanical fitment or welding and cutting.

Guarantee:
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of commissioning, or 18
months from the date of delivery whichever is earlier. Any manufacturing defects reported
within this period except those due to misuse or accident will be rectified by us free of cost
at our works in Ahmedabad. To and Fro charges such as packing, forwarding, freight etc.
incurred will have to be borne by you.

Validity:
The offer is Valid for 60 days.

Jurisdiction:
All disputes relating to supply of material vide this offer will be subject to Ahmedabad
