We have many people complaining of weird and bizarre effects that are happening to them, their family and their pets. High tech
experimental devices, both legal and illegal, could be the source of your problem. The First Step of our approach is to gather relevant
information from you to help us determine what may be the cause of the problem. If we determine this is a legitimate issue, we then
move to the Second Step and try to identify the nature of the energy being used against you and your family. There may be a
consulting fee for this service if we must physically participate, and it may require using some of our detectors, for example, to
determine if the basic properties are electromagnetic (transverse waves) or compressional waves (longitudinal) and identify between
the two.

In addition to this information, you can send us a detailed report (along with corroborating reports from witnesses) describing the

1. Many times TV sets, pest control devices, and faulty appliances can emit high frequency sounds that can cause discomfort. Most of
these can be detected by our #HT90 (below) directional high frequency sound detector.* But first try turning off all your electronic
devices (and unplug them so they do not even get trace power) and see if the effects diminish or disappear. If they do, then repower the
devices, note the times that they are powered back on, and note the time when your effects return. In such cases, you can isolate and
resolve the problem this way on your own. Pease note some of our home protection, bark deterrents and pest control devices will
cause some of these effects.

2. Determine and note the effects, such as ringing of the ears, tingling sensations, dizziness, headache, nausea, etc.

3. Are there times of the day when the effect is stronger than others (before sleep, while waking, early morning, etc.) or is it at the
same strength and consistency throughout the day? Are there actions that make the effects go away (such as plugging your ears)?

4. Try to determine the source. Is the effect stronger or weaker inside or out? Are there rooms/points/areas/directions where it is
stronger than others? Go outside and walk around the premises to try and determine the direction of the source.

5. Are there locations away from your premises where the effect is experienced? Note them, and their relative strengths. It would be
best to record effects at more than one distance, such as a couple hundred feet, a couple hundred yards, and half a mile.

7. Are there any people who would go these extremes to harass you? How close are they to where you experience this discomfort?

After you have given us this information, we will contact you about proceeding with the third step, which is to determine the source of
the harassment, try to identify those who are responsible, and then decide what type of further action can be taken. There may be a
consulting fee for this service, and a fee for using some of our detectors such as our HT90 sonic and BD70 electromagnetic detector to
initially determine the type of harassment. Further equipment may be needed, depending on the type of harassment. Once this is
concluded we regroup for the next course of action.

There is another way to retaliate! But first make sure the people ARE not USING SOUND OR ULTRASOUND AGAINST
YOU PURPOSELY but have pest control devices that may be bothering you by accident. Some people are very sensitive
and hear the ultra- sound. But if you know for sure they are intentionally causing the harassment you might want to

Now understand if you get caught and it is proven it was not the target you were harassing you could get yourself into
trouble. So be aware!

It is a good idea to get the address and possibly the full name of the people that are living there and we can
