General Advice
Wash your face twice a day and after sweating to remove excess oil

Avoid heavy, oily creams and cosmetics.

Squeezing or popping the pimples can further block the pores and cause the acne to
become worse.

Use a moisturizer to keep your skin from drying out .

Eating a healthy diet with whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables may help improve acne
symptoms.

Avoid fast food like oily ,junk food

Stay out of the sun or cover your face& skin when exposet to Sunlight/ dust/ Pollution

Avoid touching your face or Propping your Cheeks with your hands

Consume 2 to 3 Litres of water, eat healthy

Exercise regularly
Regular sunprotection to prevent pigmentation
