Eating a healthy diet with whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables may help improve acne
symptoms.

Avoid fast food like oily ,junk food

Stay out of the sun or cover your face& skin when exposet to Sunlight/ dust/ Pollution

Avoid touching your face or Propping your Cheeks with your hands

Consume 2 to 3 Litres of water, eat healthy
