Creating a perfect fit between UAE national job seekers and

saving skills during combat.
Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority
(CICPA)
Providing basic and advanced seamanship training
(Specialized Maritime Training) and core skills training to over
1,500 Maritime Personnel working for the CICPA.
Etihad Airways
ADUKG was selected in 2010 to develop a bespoke
Employee Development Program for new recruits at the
recently built Etihad call center in Al Ain. The role of ADUKG
was to customize the program to the needs of Etihad Airways
and develop a solution for the employees at the call center.
The program developed personalized training in English
language, IT and Customer Service.
Etisalat
We designed and delivered quality custom designed
Assessment and Development Centers focused on career
and leadership development.
Department of Civil Services
ADUKG through its Executive Development and Professional
Development Institutes, was able to use experience acquired
from other countries to design an integrated re-skilling
program for over 1900 civil servants with business English, IT
skills, management and vocational training. This program was
delivered with internationally recognized partners including
CMI and Edexcel.
Abu Dhabi Police
ADUKG designed a Customized Languages Training
Program for different divisions within GHQ Police including
999 Operations, Customer Service, Arms and Explosives
Police and Abu Dhabi Traffic Police Officers. Courses were
delivered in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. In
addition to the Customized Languages Training Program,
ADUKG delivered IT and other Core Skills Training courses.

‫دور املجموعــة تصميــم الربنامــج مبــا يتوافــق مــع احتياجــات رشكــة االتحــاد للطـران‬
‫ويبتكــر الحلــول املناســبة للموظفــن يف مركــز االتصــال‪ .‬وقــد ط ـ ّور الربنامــج تدريب ـاً‬
‫شــخصياً يف اللغــة اإلنجليزيــة وتقنيــة املعلومــات وخدمــة العمــاء‪.‬‬

‫أنشــأ برنامــج ارتقــاء عمليــة تدريــب توجيهــي داخــل املؤسســة لتســهيل تطويــر‬
‫املواهــب األساســية مبــا يضمــن التعلــم املســتمر ويحقــق إمكانــات املوظفــن‬
‫وقدراتهــم ويحقــق األهــداف املؤسســية‪.‬‬
‫مجلس أبوظبي للتوطني‬
‫املواءمــة املثاليــة بــن املواطنــن الباحثــن عــن عمــل والوظائــف املســتدامة‪ .‬وقــد أتــم‬
‫أكــر مــن ‪ 5000‬مواطــن إمــارايت تدريبهــم بنجــاح‪.‬‬
‫مجلس أبوظبي للتعليم‬
‫برنامــج رائــد أطلــق يف ســنة ‪ 2007‬وقــد طــور مهــارات أكــر مــن ‪ 11,000‬مــن طــاب‬

‫قــدّم برنامــج التدريــب الطبــي امليــداين التدريــب ألكــر مــن ‪ 40,000‬مــن أفــراد‬
‫القــوات املســلحة يف دولــة اإلمــارات العربيــة املتحــدة عــى اإلســعافات األوليــة‬
‫ومهــارات إنقــاذ الحيــاة واألطــراف يف أثنــاء القتــال‪.‬‬
‫جهاز حامية املنشآت الحيوية والسواحل‬
‫تقديــم تدريــب أســايس ومتقــدم للمالحــة البحريــة (التدريــب البحــري متخصــص)‬
‫وتدريــب عــى املهــارات األساســية ألكــر مــن ‪ 1500‬مــن املوظفــن العاملــن يف جهــاز‬
‫حامية املنشآت الحيوية والسواحل‪.‬‬

‫مجموعــة جامعــة أبوظبــي للمعــارف هــي ذراع التطويــر املؤســي يف‬
‫خلق أجيال من املتعلمني واملثقفني‪ ،‬علينا‬
‫جامعــة أبوظبــي‪.‬‬
‫أن نسابق الزمن وأن تكون خطواتنا نحو‬
‫أنشــئت يف ســنة ‪ 2006‬للمســاهمة يف تطوير القوى العاملة املســتقبلية‬
‫تحصيل العلم والتزود باملعرفة أرسع من‬ ‫بدولــة اإلمــارات العربيــة املتحــدة‪ .‬وتعكــف هــذه املجموعــة عــى‬
‫خطانا يف أي مجال آخر‪.‬‬ ‫تقديــم حلــول تدريــب وتطويــر واســعة النطــاق لجميــع أنحــاء الدولــة‬
‫واملنطقــة‪ .‬وتوفــر محطــة واحــدة لتلبيــة جميــع االحتياجــات التدريبيــة‬
‫املغفور له بإذن اللّه‬ ‫والتطويريــة للــركات واملؤسســات الحكوميــة واألفـراد‪ .‬وقــد ســاهمت‬

‫شــخص وســاعدت بالفعــل يف التأثــر عــى مســتقبل العديــد مــن‬
