Discourse analysis is a study of talk and text

In text analysis, we do analysis on the surface of the sentence. But, in discourse analysis we need
to study beneath the sentence.

- Content analysis rely much on quantitative on data.
- Conversation analysis focuses on the study of talk (spoken interaction).
