An issue i could think of that companies should consider before using the internet for their

business is connection speed. They should be able to have a stable connection to the internet
because if their online side of business is not responsive then customers might not consider
shopping in your business anymore, especially during the pandemic where almost everything is
online now.

Business should also worry about making their website more user friendly, if they choose to
create a website for their business. This is important because if the website of your business is
too complex and hard to understand then a customer might back out from finalizing their
purchase because your website might be too hard to navigate through.

Internet or not? I think all businesses today should use the internet to their competitive
advantage, due to the proliferation of people who are used to doing everything online. A lot of
young people, and more to come, will become consumers and those consumers are much more
used to the online form of shopping.
