Grassroots Organic Farm website review:

Content:

Content is perfect in terms of delivering the idea, but we need to work on few aspects so that the
content actually hits the user who visits the website.

Few areas to work on:

1) Menu buttons are not attractive and everything is written in lower case. I am not sure if it is
deliberately written in lower case.
2) Navigation needs to be improved. Product category is missing. It should be easy for someone to
move from one page to other.
3) Call to action buttons on blogs. When someone reads a blog, we can prompt them to buy our
product. Provide category tags in blogs to make navigation easy.
4) Share recipes using the products we are making. And mention how Grassroots makes the recipe
tastier and healthier.
Target North Indian recipes as well.
1. If the product can also be used for skin care and fitness, do mention it. Fitness and
beauty are the most trending searches these days.
5) Make some health basket combos that might attract the users. ( Eg Ghee plus Jaggery)
6) Highlight discounts/ offers/ cashbacks if any on the home page and social media pages. Always
make the customer feel smart when he buys Grassroot product.
7) Showcase your every media presence and achievements in a more profound manner. I saw a
post related to Grassroots being selected for UN Food Systems Summit. This is a great
achievement. It should also be highlighted on the website. We can have a news section and
highlights of latest news can be shown on homepage as well.
8) Customer testimonials: ask people to share their review on Google. Choose best testimonials
and create a section of Testimonials on homepage.
9) Use focus keywords on every page, not just homepage.
10) Create location specific landing pages for the areas where you are selling perishables like milk.

SEO strategy:

1. We can work on the areas of improvement given in the report, especially Guestposting
articles to other websites.
2. Discover more focus keywords. Currently the SEO report just found keywords through
Artificial Intelligence. The list is not very thorough.
3. Take up most Googled questions related to Bull driven cold pressed oils and answer it in
blogs. People reading these blogs can be targeted to our store via call to action buttons.

Google Plus page: Update regularly on Google Plus page as well. It helps in SEO. Also prompt users to
give ratings on Google.
Social media strategy: I will write a separate document for it.
