Description of the questionnaire

A positive attitude is a state of mind that allows us to envision and expect good things. This attitude
allows us to stay optimistic. The benefits of a positive attitude include anticipating happiness, health,
success and opportunities .Some of the recruiters rate positive as the number one skill they are looking
for .Some people think that it is natural – either one possess or doesn’t posess . We all know our
attitude ultimately depends on the situations surrounding us .We feel positive and optimistic some of
the times and less at other times.

Hence to get a rough idea about when and how the different situations influence our thoughtprocess
and compels us to think differently, we prepared a set of questions . This questions are mainly based on
different circumstancial situation and how will we react to those situations ranging from our personal
life to our work life situations. We chose five options for each questions from a to e. Those set of
options corresponds to negative range of attitude (a,b )to positive range of attitude(d,e) and option c
somewhere lying on the middleground

After completing the survey from our 30 samples we therefore analyse the data by taking the most
chosen option which will clearly show that our sample is oriented maximum towards which option
