Summary:
The construction industry’s activity and movement are critical to the block-making enterprises.
Housing and building initiatives, as well as government-led development programs, necessitate
the year-round availability of blocks. We produce blocks of consistent quality and offer them at a
price that covers our cost while maintaining a reasonable price.
Market Analysis:
These blocks are generally utilized in residential and small business buildings. It is prevalent in
lower-income communities. Our primary customers are private houses built by small
construction enterprises and regular DIY makers who will use them for purposes (building
renovation, house renovation, etc.).
Competitive Analysis:
Our few competitors use existing product options such as traditional clay and concrete blocks to
gain a competitive advantage over manufacturers. These manufacturers sell their concrete blocks
with a plan with high percentage and produce the products after payment. The prices of our
competitor’s produce do not match with its said size.
Strategy:
Our concrete block is widespread adoption of lightweight materials in new construction
structures, and it is likely to boost the concrete hollow blocks market’s growth. Also, our
industry’s location in a fast-developing are with a local building material supplier is a core
competency in this business. This will ensure consistent demand for our product, but it will also
make delivery fast because most of those who will be purchasing are locals.
Products and Services:
We are experts in improving housing buildings, settlement repairs and upgrading, and essential
services for quicker reintegration. Also, make it easier to expand environmentally friendly
commercial manufacture, marketing, and use of low-cost building materials.

Marketing and Sales:


We will develop relationships with suppliers of building materials, well-known builders, and
contractors. At the local level, establish connections with material suppliers to the housing
industry. Lastly, we will acquire relationships with civil engineering firms, companies, and
specialist in our area.
Operations:
Since the construction and related industries are labor-intensive, a total of 15 people will be
required to manage the production activities of a constructional block manufacturing unit. Two
employees will handle the delivery of blocks. The business unit will operate in a single shift (8
hours daily).
