CORRIGENDUM

This is with reference to tender dated 24 th February 2012 for inviting the proposals from competent
firms for the CDM Project Development Consulting Services for the following projects:

· M/s Foundation Wind Energy-I (Pvt.) Ltd

· M/s Foundation Wind Energy-II (Pvt.) Ltd
· M/s FFC Energy Ltd
· M/s Yunus Energy Ltd

AEDB has been approached by several consulting and bidding companies asking for various
clarifications with regard to the tender. The bidding companies are also requesting to extend the
bid opening date of tender documents.

In order to address the concerns of the consulting/bidding companies a pre-bid meeting is

scheduled on 16th March 2012 at 1100 hrs in AEDB Head Office Islamabad.

The consulting firms intending to attend the pre-bid meeting are requested to confirm AEDB the
name of persons who would attend the meeting by Wednesday 14 th March 2012. The bids will be
opened one week after pre-bid meeting
