employer to fill a vacancy and the employers are paid if a person is selected for the
company. Although this process is very simple and very fast, it is also risky for the
agency because there is no guarantee of payment if additional competition comes
from job seekers.

Answer 2.

One of HRM's main goals is to increase organizational profits and productivity by

maintaining well-developed HR practices. HRM practices vary with the type of business and
organization culture. British Airways is best known for its new corporate culture and HR
practices.
In order to raise organizational profit and productivity the effectiveness of different HRM
practices can evaluate the following;
1. Training and Development: Training helps to improve the employee’s ability
dramatically. A qualified employee has a better understanding of the role of his or
her job and performs more accurately. It helps the employee to do his or her current
job more effectively and efficiently and makes them better aware of their future
responsibilities. The organization also benefits from a good level of profitability
through the high performance results of its employees.
2. Termination and recruitment: When there is a vacancy the organization hires a
talented person from outside or inside the organization. Nominees for a competitive
business venture can provide important information about their competitors and
gain competitive advantage. Internal employment serves as an incentive for
employees to make his or her excellent level and increase his or her productivity. But
by dismissing an unproductive employee, the business can be run in a very lucrative
way.
3. Performance appraisal: Performance appraisal is the process of evaluating,
measuring and influencing work-related attributes, behaviors and outcomes. The
purpose is to manage the people of the organization and to achieve its objectives.
Through this program the manager can have the opportunity to make it clear to the
employee that the company is interested in its performance and development. This
recognition can serve as a positive motivating force that increases employee
productivity and with better results raises corporate profits.
4. Career management: Career management is a lifelong process of planning that
involves choosing and setting your goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
A well-established company such as British Airlines should host workshops where
both employers and employees learn to manage their jobs, first by assessing their
interests, skills and values. The company should also set up a work center and
individual learning accounts, provided open business presentations, maintained
internal operations and talent banks that enhanced employees' morale and had a
positive impact on their productivity. This will lead to greater profits for the company
over time.
5. Reward and Recognition: This practice works very well to increase organizational
profits and productivity. Employees receive internal or external rewards for their
high performance. This leads to job satisfaction and increases their productivity.
Employees are encouraged to volunteer to meet the target.

Answer 3.
Some of the applications of HRM practices in work related context can be:

1. Recruitment and Selection: It is a process of recruiting and recruiting candidates for

vacant positions in the company. It is very important to hire the right people in the
right place at the right time. The HR team posts ads on social media and job seekers
submit their CV applications. The employers then select the appropriate list of
applications and call for an interview and other tests. Applicants must undergo a
qualifying test again after passing the other stages of the assessment, and finally the
candidates will be tested. After that, employers are looking for a candidate who has
more experience than the rest of the company.
2. Reward and Recognition System: This is one of the most effective ways of job
satisfaction for an employee. After evaluating the performance of a job, employers
offer specific benefits or rewards. This rewards program serves as an incentive for
the employee to work productively to achieve goals and work. Employees may
receive internal or external salaries such as: salary, salary, security, medical
treatment, promotions, benefit sharing, benefit distribution etc. The use of the
reward system in two of the UK's preferred working conditions is discussed below:
a) Blue Collar Labor: This refers to workers whose work is mainly involved in
physical activities such as a factory or workshop. These types of employees
on British Airways benefit from prizes. They receive additional working
hours, bonuses, extensions and other benefits.
b) White Collar Labor Jobs: This refers to employees who have jobs that
involve mental or writing activities such as working at an office desk. Their
job is deep, informal and informative. They are highly skilled, educated and
trained professionals such as accountants, bankers, lawyers and senior
agency specialists. At British Airways, all pilots, law enforcement officers,
architects and engineers are white collar workers. They also receive internal
and external rewards such as bonuses, performance rewards, offenses
benefits, profit sharing, promotions, promotions etc.
