VACANCIES IN BUREAU VERITAS MALAYSIA

Bureau Veritas Malaysia is looking for local Malaysian candidates to fill up the positions based in Kuala Lumpur for the
Commodities, Industries & Facilities Division, BV Malaysia.

1. Business Development Manager (Belt & Road Initiative):


Job Responsibilities:
 Elaborating yearly sales growth plan in agreement with superior
 Defining sales targets for all reports
 Analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions
 Execute quarterly planning review to forward to sales organization
 Carry out, monitoring of sales performance (sales calls, reporting, service / selling ratio, etc.)
 Carry out, monitoring of operating expenses
 Develop, lead and coach employees (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback)
 Responsible with his team for retain, grow and gain our business on customer level
 Responsible with his team for the professional processing of customer leads within 5 working days
 Responsible with his team for processing of the renewal of customer contracts 6 months in advance before
expiration
 Responsible for the co-ordination and processing of all the customer complaints
 Responsible for the organization and realization/execution of workshops

Job Requirements:
 At least 8 years’ experience in engineering consultancy or construction environment
 At least 5 years’ experience of sales management in B-to-B
 Exposure in project management
 Fluency in Mandarin is a must as he/ she will be dealing with China related market
 Familiarity in Chinese foreign investment projects (Infra & Industrial)
 CRM tools experience

2. Integrated Management System Auditor:


Job Responsibilities:
 Assimilate, understand and operate the BV Certification Management System in all activities relevant to the post
 Control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other
members of the audit team
 Authority the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other
members of the audit team
 Decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether or not certification should be granted or allowed to continue
 Represent BV Certification, where necessary, to potential clients and to negotiate in conjunction with other
responsible personnel appropriate contracts that conforms to the procedure and requirements. Authority to issue
quotations shall be in accordance with BV Certification Quotation Limits
 Assist in the training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors, either during planned Audits or during other training
functions
 Maintain all current Memberships and Registrations applicable to the post
 Maintain continuous professional development
 Undertake any other activities, as directed by the Technical Manager
Job Requirements:
 At least 2-3 years’ experience in health and safety, environment and quality audits
 Possess a recognized Bachelor Degree in any discipline
 Possess IRCA accredited Lead Auditor qualifications for ISO9001, ISO14001, & OHSAS 18001
 3rd party audit experience with certification body is preferred
