I, Mrs. Nilam Shrikant Dhaduk (Sister) aged about adult, residing at: G-1, Dipali Appartment,
opp- Ramji Mandir,India Colony Road, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad Gujarat- Pin- 382350, India. does
hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That my name and address given above is true and correct.

2. That Hirapara Akshaykumar Chimanbhai is my brother and he has been offered an

admission in “Central Queensland University” for a course in “Master of Management
for Engineers”
3. I am sponsoring him for his higher education in Australia.

4. I have sufficient means to meet the entire educational and living expenses in Australia.

5. I hereby undertake to maintain and render all financial assistance to him and meet the
full cost of his studies and living expenses in Australia.

What is stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing
material has been concealed or therefore.
