Unofficial Errata (v.

3) for Legends of Andor –Fantasy Flight English 1st edition (2012)

The following errata are based on discussion and findings in this thread:

As this is an unofficial errata, you may wish to read through that thread and decide for yourself whether to make
the following corrections to your own cards, tiles and instructions.

Reference Booklet
 Page 3, Fog Tokens section says: “If a hero enters a space with a fog token, he must end his movement.”
 It should say: “If a hero ends his movement on a fog token, then he immediately. . .”

7 Introductory Tokens (tiles) (From Legend 1)

 On the 3 fog tiles, each one says, “If a hero enters a space with a fog token, he must end his movement.”
 Each of the 3 fog tiles should say: “If a hero ends his movement on a space with a fog token, he must
immediately reveal. . .”

Legend 1 Cards
 Card A1, #4 says: “A hero must enter the castle.”
 Card A1, #4 should say: “A hero must be in the castle at the end of his/her day.”

Silver Event Cards

 Card #8 says: “Each hero in space 22, 25, 47, 60, 62, 63 (forests) loses 1 strength. . .”
 Card #8 should say: “Each hero on any field in the forest loses 1 strength. . .” (this is because the
numbers listed on the card don’t correspond to the forest numbers on the back side of the playing board)

 Card #10 says, “If a dwarf or an archer has more. . .”
 Card #10 should say: “If a dwarf or a wizard has more. . .”

Gold Event Cards

 Card #4 says: “Each hero who occupies spaces 37-40”
 Card #4 should say: “Each hero who occupies spaces 37-70”

 Card #6 says: “The hero with the lowest rank rolls 1 hero die.”
 Card #6 should say: “The hero with the lowest rank may roll 1 hero die.” (It is not required)

 Card #7 says: “. . . Each hero loses a number of willpower. . .”
 Card #7 should say: “The group loses a number of willpower. . .”

 Card #27 says: “2 Heroes: 2 gold and/or willpower points”
“3 Heroes: 4 gold and/or willpower points”
“4 Heroes: 6 gold and/or willpower points”
 Card #27 should say: “2 Heroes: 2 gold and/or willpower points”
“3 Heroes: 3 gold and/or willpower points”
“4 Heroes: 4 gold and/or willpower points”
Fate Cards (From Legend 3)
 Card #2 says: “You must defeat the gor in battle alone.”
 Card #2 should say: “You must participate in a battle to defeat the gor.” (you don’t have to do it alone)

Legend 3 Cards
 Dark Magic-The Empowered Gor Card says: “The empowered gor has 7 willpower points and twice the
entire party’s team strength.”
 Dark Magic-The Empowered Gor Card should say: The empowered gor has 7 willpower points and
twice the entire attacking party’s team strength.”

Legend 4 Cards
 Card B, third paragraph under The Boulders says: “If the hero’s battle value is greater than the value. . .”
 Card B should say: “If the hero’s battle value is equal to or greater than the value. . .”

Legend 5 Cards
 Card A3 says: ". . . He places a monster tile next to space E. There cannot be more than 2 tiles per space
on the legend track."
 Card A3 should say: "He places a monster tile next to space E. Do this for all 5 monster tiles. There
cannot be. . . "

 Card B says: “"If all 3 dice produce the same result, only add 2 of the dice together.”
 This sentence doesn’t exist in the original German text. The rule for creature rolling identical dice
applies: “If two or more dice produce identical results and their combined total is greater than the result
of any remaining dice, add the identical results together before adding the monster’s strength.”
 Thus for Legend 5 Card B, if all 3 dice produce the same result, you add all 3 dice together (and
not just 2 of the 3).

Bonus Legend-Liberating the Mine Cards

 Mine Instructions-Boulders, Gems and the Secret Lake card. 2 nd paragraph says: “If the hero’s battle
value is greater than. . .”
 Mine Instructions-Boulders, Gems and the Secret Lake should say: “If the hero’s battle value is equal to
or greater than. . .”

 F card, bottom paragraph says: If a monster enters a space containing a boulder token, the monster
continues. . .”
 F card should say: “If a monster tile or legend card spawns a monster on a space that already contains a
boulder, the monster continues. . .”
