List five thing to boost your self-esteem or improve your self-concept.


Cite your sources. Analyze the positive and negative side of those tips.

1. Do what makes you happy.


Positive – You will be relaxed and enjoyed your personal life.
Negative – You may tend to enjoy too much and may forget that what you’re
doing is not good anymore.

2. Surround yourself with supportive squad.


Positive – You will have shoulders to lean on when you’re down and don’t
know what to do. You will have someone who may encourage you when
you are stressed.
Negative – You might just depend on them from time to time and may forget
to help yourself.

3. Give yourself a break.


Positive – You will have enough time to rest from a tiring day and be
recharged again to face another day or to do another task.
Negative – You may abuse the time you have to rest and may lead to laziness
and not be able to do your tasks.

4. Focus on what you can change.


Positive – You will be able to explore new skills and capabilities.
Negative – You may tend to think that you have a lot of things to change
about yourself and may lead to focusing only on changing and forget that
you already have skills that don’t need change.

5. Be a pal.
Positive – You will help your friends whenever they need you.
Negative – You may be abused by your kindness and they might only know
you whenever they are in need but if they don’t need you, they don’t know
you.
