Re: Sale of parcel of land to -

Greetings!

I would like to request that the sale of the parcel of land to Mr. & Mrs. Miller Banug, located at
Unionsite District, Mangagoy, Bislig City, be suspended in whatever stage it may be as of receipt of
this letter, pending the relocation and/ survey involving Lot 2-

I am aware that upon relocation of your area, it overlapped on Lot -the area of which is 191sqm based
on the Sketch Plan issued on - then Assistant Geodetic Engineer. The area left of the above-mentioned
lot due to the relocation initiated by you, is substantially smaller than the original 191sqm, because of
the reduction of the area it is impossible for us to construct anew.

With this, I will be taking steps as soon as possible to relocate the above-mentioned lot, and would
like to respectfully request you to suspend the sale pending the relocation and survey.

Attached herein is a copy of the Sketch Plan and T-1.

Rest assured that my full cooperation on this matter in the event of disagreement will be given.
