SIXTEENTH: Under the provisions of Article 11 of Law 47/2015, of 21st October, regulating the social protection of workers in the maritime and
fishing sector, the application of the weightings to the contribution bases for common contingencies, unemployment, of persons in the second and
third contribution groups of the Special Social Security Scheme for Maritime Workers, shall be incompatible with any other contribution reduction
or rebate.

The worker is over 52 years of age and is registered with the Public Employment Service and receives any of the unemployment benefits set out in
Article 274 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law on Social Security.

The benefits management body will pay the worker 50% of the amount of the benefit each month for the duration of the contract, up to a maximum of
double the benefit period. During this time, the employer is obliged to pay the worker’s wages, supplementing the amount of the allowance received
by the worker up to the amount of the said wages, including the amount of the allowance.

If the requirements and conditions established in Law 43/2006 of 29th December (BOE of 30th December) or Article 8 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019
of 8th March are met, and the company is in one of the groups referred to in that law, the company, and the self-employed person or persons, shall
be entitled to a rebate in the company’s social security contributions.

The benefits management body will pay the worker 50% of the amount of the benefit each month for the duration of the contract, up to a
maximum of double the benefit period. The employer, during this time, shall have fulfilled its obligation to pay the salary to which the worker is
entitled, supplementing the amount of the subsidy received by the worker up to the amount of said salary, and shall be responsible for [paying] the
social security contributions for all contingencies and for the total of the stated salary, including the amount of the subsidy.
