The worker is over 52 years of age and is registered with the Public Employment Service and receives any of the unemployment benefits set out in
Article 274 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law on Social Security.
The benefits management body will pay the worker 50% of the amount of the benefit each month for the duration of the contract, up to a maximum of
double the benefit period. During this time, the employer is obliged to pay the worker’s wages, supplementing the amount of the allowance received
by the worker up to the amount of the said wages, including the amount of the allowance.
If the requirements and conditions established in Law 43/2006 of 29th December (BOE of 30th December) or Article 8 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019
of 8th March are met, and the company is in one of the groups referred to in that law, the company, and the self-employed person or persons, shall
be entitled to a rebate in the company’s social security contributions.

PERMANENT contract
(1) When conversion to PERMANENT is for a training and apprenticeship contract for a worker registered with the National Youth Guarantee System, tick WITH
REBATE.

employment of people with disabilities and special employment centres can be converted into contracts eligible for a rebate. Internship, relief, and replacement for
