special to me because this was
the beginning of my existence.

47th Annual Grammy
Awards
The 47th Annual Grammy Awards were held at
the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February
13, 2005, to recognize the finest in music for
the recording of the year from October 1, 2003,
to September 30, 2004. I think Grammy Awards
is a great event that also happened that day
when I was born because I really love music as
well. I’m blessed to know that something
awesome happened while I was about to born.

Met my Childhood
Bestfriend
I met my childhood best friend.
His name is Angelo. This day is
a cute start of our brotherhood
that made most of my
childhood years fun and
unforgettable.
Historical Event:
National Sovereignty
Day
As a signal of the United States' diminishing role in Iraq,
U.S. troops complete their withdrawal from Iraqi cities,
including Baghdad, and transfer the responsibility of
securing the cities to Iraqi troops. Prime Minister Nouri
al-Maliki names June 30 "National Sovereignty Day" and
declares a public holiday. This is somehow related to the
day I met my best friend because the US and Iraq had
their countries became “friends” through this day. I’m
inspired by this holiday, wherein we can see two
countries be able to help each other specially in times
that each country needs the most.

An Official Biker! Molested Students

A teacher, Mark Berndt, is charged with

day. Daniel, my friend, taught
me how to ride the bike. It's fun
and one of the most interesting
skill I learned from a friend.

students. It’s just so sad to know that while I’m
having fun learning how to ride a bike, many
kids like me was molested at a young age.

My Secret Crush
This is the day that I had my
first crush. I’ll keep her name
secret. She’s kind, smart, and
caring that’s why I really admire
her.

The Legal Rainbow
The front of the White House is lit in the color
of the rainbow, June 26, 2015, after the United
States Supreme Court issued the decision in
the case of Obergefell v. Hodges ruling that
same-sex marriage is legal in all states. I’m not
against same-sex marriage but it makes me
feel uncomfortable sometimes. Because I
can’t imagine myself having a crush on a same
sex. But again, I have nothing against them.

1st Time President!
This day I became the class president in our
school. I was in Precious Gem Academy when I
was nominated as a class president for the first
time, and I was a little shocked then because I
didn’t expect it.

Donald Trump as
President
Coincidentally, Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th
president of the United States on Jan. 20, outlining his
vision of a new national populism and reiterating the
same “America First” mantra that delivered the White
House to him during the 2016 election. This is a great
combination of events at the same day because another
person became a president too. Personally, I have
nothing against Donald Trump, I just believe that
everything happens for a reason and if we we’re both
elected as president either of a class or a country, then
we surely have something within us that needs to be
imparted to out fellowmen.

USA Basketball announced that day that Utah

My family and I migrated to Guam. I remembered

Philippines. There’s nothing bad about being in
the Philippines, it’s just that we were able to see
better opportunities here in Guam that’s why our
family decided to migrate.
