In connection to our newly awarded project construction of one (1) Unique Storey Workshop
Building we would like to inform you that during the pre-construction meeting last
September 22, 2020, it was decided to transfer the site location of the project from a place
perpendicular to the existing building to a place parallel to the existing building. This is to
make sure that our buildings are erected in its best position considering its suitability and
convenience.

With regards to the land ownership, the LGU Mahinog has issued a usufruct to DepEd. See
attached document.
