Demanding about their hazard pay and risk allowances as well as the departure or resignation of
Secretary Francisco Duque III. Robert Mendoza, the President of the Alliance of Health workers, States
that most of them have died, had an early retirement, and became sick but they are still down on their
knees asking for help to DOH. Nurses would retire if the government still doesn’t pay their health
benefits.
