1 The Seller’s obligations

1.1Provision of goods: The seller must provide the merchandise and the
commercial invoice consistent with the purchase agreement and provide all
the appropriate evidence the contract may require.
1.2Liciences, authorisations and formalities: The seller must bear the risk
and expense of obtaining an export or import license or other official permits
and doing all customs clearance for export, for transport throught other
countries.
1.3Contracts of carriage and insurance: Contract of carriage at sellers
expense in the usual route to the agreed point of delivery
1.3.1 Contracts of carriage: The seller must bear the cost of contracting the
carriage of the goods to the named terminal at the agreed port or
destination. If no agreement is a specific party or not the decision is
customary, the seller can choose a dock at the port or place to deal best
suits their purpose.
1.3.2 Contracts of insurance: The seller has no obligation to the buyer to
make a contract of insurance. However, if the buyer requests and bear the
risk and the cost (if any), the seller must give the buyer the information
needed to purchase insurance.
1.4Delivery: The seller must deliver the goods not unloaded at the agreed point
and time.
1.5Transfer of risks: The seller must bear all risks of loss of or damage to the
goods until the goods are delivered.
1.6Costs: The seller must pay: All costs of major transportation, loading at the
place of origin, export clearance at the place of clearance.
1.7Notice to the buyer: The seller must provide the buyer with information
necessary for the buyer to take the usual measures necessary to receive the
goods.
1.8Proof of delivery, transport document or equivalent electronic message:
The seller must provide the buyer, by his own expense vouchers to buyers
can receive the goods.
1.9Checking - packaging – marking: The seller must bear the cost of
checking, quality control, measuring, weighing, counting, packing of goods
and marking. If special package is required, the buyer must inform and the
seller and agreed on extra expenses.
1.10 Assist obtaining additional information required by the seller: If
there are provisions, the seller, at the request of the buyer, so the buyers bear
risks and costs, to help buyers to obtain documents and information
including security information that buyers need to enter import and / or
transport to the final destination.
