REFRESHMENTS CORPORATION to RC GLOBAL BEVERAGES INC.

For recordal, we hereby submit the duly signed and notarized ASSIGNMENT OF
APPLICATIONS FOR REGISTRATIONS TRADEMARKS executed by both the
representatives of Assignor and Assignee, indicating the transfer of the entire interest in this
trademark registration to said Assignee.

We further enclose hereto the required government official fees for the requested recordal
of this assignment and the publication thereof.

We respectfully request the recordal of the Assignment of this Trademark Registration

in favor of RC GLOBAL BEVERAGES INC., as soon as possible, and the issuance of the
